How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery postcode, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver right across Australia only — we don't ship overseas. Delivery availability for your address is checked automatically at checkout, so you'll know straight away if we can get to you.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
No — you're welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it quicker next time, and lets you track orders and store your delivery details.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No — we'll need a residential or business street address to deliver to.
How long will it take to get my orders?
For Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro areas, allow around 7 business days. For Perth, Adelaide, Tasmania and regional areas, allow up to 10 days. We'll email you tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 21 days for a full refund (excluding shipping) if it's in its original condition, or if it arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Get in touch with our customer support team to start a return.
